Purposes of the processing

The present site implemented by the GIE Forum CentraleSupélec allows :

• Creation a profile using the student's documents and information
• Creation a profile for each company representative
• Creation of a profile for each company and customisable offers per forum
• Consultation of student profiles by companies and company profiles by students
• Organisation of agenda and making of appointments
• Share of data with CentraleSupélec to subcontract communication, notification and management of participants' profiles for various forums with CentraleSupélec
• Match of supply and demand within CentraleSupélec forums. Tools such as AI and OCR may be used.

The data processed here are

• Name, title, function
• Photos or recordings such as video or telephone recordings
• Personal contact data (e.g. telephone, e-mail)
• Business contact data (e.g. company, address, telephone, e-mail)
• Data relating to professional life (CV, professional training, awards, etc.)

Recipient of the data

The information collected on the site is data used by the GIE Forum CentraleSupélec.

Protection of personal data on the site and exercise of the right of access
